I did Crossroads for January 2021. This is the first step in training to serve under the Youth with a Mission for older students My outreach was to the Burmeses people in Tulsa, OK. I taught a baking and a sewing class.
I have an opportunity to go to attend a global gathering YWAMers across the nations.
We are meeting in Manila, Philippines this year. I am looking for further teaching and getting to meet other people who are interestein community developement and using gardening or seeing as a way to teach others.
After this conference I am going back to Asia this year for around 6 months.
I want to build on what I taugh last year. I made an acquaintance that is going to take me around to different gardens so I can learn how others garden in the tropics.
I work in two separate ministries. I work in the morning in the sustainable technology reacher center. I am concentrating on small space gardens and helping with the research for the screenhouses. I take the teaching for small space gardens to people who do not have land, to show them ways of using their resources to use plastic bottles and other kinds of containers to build a small portable garden
